TELEIOS PARTNERS- Leadership + Healthcare & Technology + Re-Imagined

I have recently set up a new leadership coaching and strategic consulting practice called TELEIOS PARTNERS ( ) Our philosophy and approach to coaching and consulting is captured by Einstein’s quote that…”we can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking that we used to create them”. TELEIOS is the Greek word for metamorphosis or transformational change and reflects our mission to facilitate meaningful, measurable and massive strategic change and leadership performance breakthroughs in the health and technology industries by changing the way we think and act.
TELEIOS PARTNERS reflects my deep conviction and experience that all breakthroughs in personal and professional performance and thinking start from within –what we focus on, our mental models, the standards to which we hold ourselves accountable, and our ability to take consistent, purposive action in pursuit of our goals and outcomes. It’s also my belief that transformational change is the result of an individual or team facing and overcoming a series of life changing challenges during their life’s journey. These transitional periods can be crossed on one’s own or they can be dramatically accelerated through the support of mindful coaches, mentors and mastermind groups.
TELEIOS PARTNERS is dedicated to making positive, meaningful change in a world of escalating complexity, challenge and change by partnering with likeminded, world class partners in leadership coaching and integral thinking, strategic and organizational transformation, and personal and professional change management.
